The saleswoman (middle-aged, shorter brown hair and an Eastern accent, probably Saxon) always has a very cheeky mouth and is sometimes really cheeky and snappy with the customers. Apparently she always needs an audience for her ego, where she then feels important and thinks she has to embarrass other customers. You don't have to leave your money at Daumoser for that, Edeka also has an almost better bakery with very friendly staff. Unfortunately, I can only confirm what some other reviewers have already criticized and which still doesn't change: The saleswomen at Daumoser somehow don't understand the point of disposable gloves or are simply too comfortable. First the nose is blown, then the dirty small change is counted and finally the cut side of "my" bread or the rolls are touched with unclean hands. If that isn't unappetizing, then I don't know what else. In every other bakery, disposable gloves have been standard for years! In fact, we, the younger generation, like to prefer the card when paying, nobody knows why this is not possible at Daumoser. Finally, good advice on hygiene: In gastronomy, in the kitchen and especially at the bakery counter, employees shouldn't necessarily work with their hair loose, that's just disgusting. Today again at Daumoser witnessed how one of the saleswomen (very tall and slim), who otherwise always wore her long hair pinned up, now wore it open. The hair just flew around. That's when I lost the desire to take another cake with me, because there's nothing more disgusting than foreign hairs in food. In conclusion, I have to state that the management does not prescribe and fulfill the smallest minimum requirements for the common and necessary hygiene standards.
