IMy brother and i were at the restaurant /coffee shop today. I ordered a roasted vege platter. I didn't ask for fried chips but it arrived with the platter separately. The fried chips were spiced and extremely salty . The vege platter had carrots and green peppers in it, which was raw. I sent it back , and a few minutes later, the carrots were still uncooked . I ate the salted fries and asked the waiter for a doggie bag . As i arrived home , I experienced that only half the amount of the uncooked Veges was given to me , thus, the other half vanished ??? How do I know that I didn't have some else's overs ? ? ?. I will never support this coffee shop again . Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: R 100–150 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: I told the waiter to ensure that the roasted platter does not have raw Veges ! Dietary restrictions: Due to health reasons (Gastric Dumping) that I can not eat raw Veges been that it won't digest .

Dined here before but the deterioration is huge..staff member very willing & friendly but obviously needs training. REMEMBER to never expose your staff to serving customers untrained and NEVER expose your Customers to the poor food & service. Cheesecake of such poor quality it was shocking..food & coffee ICE COLD our waiter had to prepare all food/drinks served. The waiter/chef tried his best but it is shocking that he and customers are exposed to unpleasant/ circumstances like this..I entertained a group of 10 ladies and was totally embarrassed being the hostess..I you continue at this trend you might as well close your doors..word of mouth advertising is most important and I believe non of my guests would ever recommend De la Créme.
