Hi Andy, Thank you for the feedback. Customer service and the quality of our offerings are our top priorities, so we are disappointed to hear of your experience. Overall, we have a crew of incredible Team Members who are friendly and helpful, so if that has not been the case, we would appreciate more information so we can specifically address the matter. Regarding the stocking issue, those are items standardly on the shelves and are currently available, so we will be sure to look into if there are any distribution issues.
