I ordered from Debonairs Online - Meadow Point today and was very disappointed with the quality. The pizzas arrived overcooked and burnt both inside and out. The sausages were charred, and the crust was so overdone that it was brown, hard, and difficult to chew. Eating it was uncomfortable, and it even hurt the teeth. This is by far the worst experience I've had with Debonairs, and I’m genuinely unhappy. I expected much better quality and care in what was sent out to me. This experience has really left a negative impression. I called to let them know about this and for them to improve their service. Service: Delivery Price per person: R 500+ Recommended dishes: Debonairs Pizza Chicken Crammed-Crust

Their pizza is bad. Everytime when i order I receive a burnt bottom pizza, Their chicken pizza has no chicken. I'll never buy from them again. Food: 1 Service: 1
