So I ordered pizza on the uber eats platform and I asked my family to leave me 2 slices for when I get home. Honestly, I think if we all come together as community in South Africa, we can literally challenge the pricing on items for everything. CPA needs to be contacted because a lot of retailers get away with cutting costs and compromising on quality delivery while increasing the prices for a poor product just for their capital gain. Ie, the cheese on our pizza was incredibly non existent. I ordered the spicy pineapple and chicken and it’s appalling how there’s no cheese, just a base and chicken and spiced pineapple with drizzles of cheese. They also do this with other pizzas where you’ll eat a lot of sauce instead of a general topping of cheese which is standard to what people order. They even ask you if you want extra cheese!!?? As if they know that the they cut back the average amount of cheese that’s supposed to be on a pizza. Appalling really how these foundations are built on capitalism instead of a fair trade. I’ve grated my own cheese to make up for the lack of what my slices had Food: 1
