My favourite place in rethymno,staff are all amazing and music is amazing ,Zeus is the star of the bar aswell ,maldini was the best aswell I definitely recommend it. Best place for people watching ,very affordable aswell. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Was amazing atmosphere and people watching was perfect , everyone of the staff was lovely and the dog zues was the best star of the bar ,would say it's our favorite spot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

An extremely disappointing experience. Poor quality, poor value for money and a dismissive response when we complained. We ordered two Greek coffees and a baklava. Before ordering, I specifically asked whether the baklava was good and whether it contained cinnamon. The man serving us assured me that it was good and contained no cinnamon. The coffees arrived in about two minutes and tasted more like water than coffee: weak, bland and almost flavourless. The eight euro baklava was just as disappointing. It was warmed up and contained cinnamon. It was extremely difficult to cut while the pastry itself was soft and soggy. Heating it up and adding ice cream could not make up for the poor quality. We left both the coffees and the baklava unfinished. The response to my complaint was the worst part. When I said the baklava was not fresh, he said it was the end of the season and they had no supplier for fresh baklava. When I asked why he had served it without warning me, his response was essentially: ‘You asked for baklava, so I brought you baklava.’ That answer was completely unacceptable. I asked about the dessert before ordering and he had every opportunity to be honest. Instead, he reassured me and then charged eight euros for something he later admitted was not fresh. Being at the end of the season is no excuse. Customers deserve honest information and a respectful response. I left feeling ripped off. Based on the food, the drinks and the way we were treated, I would absolutely not recommend this place !!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: €15–20
