The 4sea is recently kosher, and they are still revising the menu. They serve Mediterranean cuisine, which means fish and grilled meat, but also with a sushi bar, and very nice cocktails and wines. The atmosphere is romantic: low lights, upbeat music and lots of greenery. The service is professional, cheerful and quick. Altogether, this is an upscale restaurant, with food and prices to match. We shared a sushi roll along side grilled eggplant and frena bread for starters. The eggplant was garnished with tahini and think slices of chili peppers. The frena came with four tapenades. The starters were attractive and large, but we were wise enough to leave room for the main courses. Two sweet cocktails set the mood for a festive meal. My wife thought her filet of levrak with gnocchi was perfect. So was my large hamburger with fries. I look forward to returning to try the new menu, which should be out soon. If we come back in the summer, I expect we will have a good view of the sea too.
