Awful to-go experience. Ordered 4 entrees, including 2 nachos w/ queso. Got home - no queso (important for $11 nachos!). I called to get refund of those items as I live 15 minutes away and didn't want to drive there again, and manager Chad 1) swears they were in there (no they weren't Chad, maybe apologize before implying I couldn't find it) 2) says they can't do credit card refunds on the phone, but could give me a credit on my rewards card or get it next time I come in. Interestingly, I called your corporate line and they said they had no idea why you wouldn't give me a refund to my credit card and processed it over the phone. The woman on the customer service line was quite nice (Cecilia?), but will I never return to this location.

25 minutes standing in line! Only one girl working the front line and 4 other employees in the back watching, not helping. She also had to cash customers out. Absolutely ridiculous, will not be back!!!

My new favorite Mexican food. Used to eat at the Q place, but have not been happy with the quality lately. Cafe Rio kicks Butt. Best grilled chicken salad I have ever had. Plus $5 Tuesday. Can't go wrong.
