I visited the 71st Street location today in Tulsa. I stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes, without as much as a simple acknowledgement from the staff, before I realized it was one of those kiosk ordering systems. When are fast food restaurants gonna realize the better use of the impersonal kiosk is in the drive thru? If I walk in I want the face to face!!! Once I placed my order, on the kiosk, for a cash payment, I waited another 3-5 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff. I walked out and dined elsewhere. Service: 1

Best fast food tacos in Tulsa! Also possibly has Most homeless people hanging inside and outside of the restaurant as well. I mean, homeless people just passed out on the corner right in front of a restaurant. Shopping carts parked out in front of a restaurant. Del taco for such great food. It’s not a cleanly look for the restaurant. Many people are gonna just drive by this place because of that alone. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

We are California natives that have relocated to Kansas City. Today we hopped in the car and drove 3.5 hours for Del Taco! You definitely didn’t disappoint. Everything was so fresh and yummy. The service was great! When we get the craving for Del beef burritos and original tacos we will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
