Stopped by today and got ice cream for my family. While 3 out of our 4 items were good, one was completely inedible. It was a butterfinger flurry made with chocolate ice cream. Upon trying it, however, the ice cream didn't taste anything like chocolate, despite being a dark brown, and even was sour. I am unsure if it was made incorrectly, if it had spoiled, if someone had left cleaning chemicals in the machine, etc. When I tried to call, to ask for a refund and to warn them for future customers, it was already after closing and there was no option to leave a voicemail. Service was also very slow, as it took 20 minutes for them to take and complete my to go order. While I do not expect the same wait times as somewhere like DQ, this was excessive for an ice cream stand. Next time, I would just stick with the Nest or the Atwood Dari Bar. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Good afternoon. We are sorry that one of the items wasn't up to your liking. We don't not have a voicemail system becuase it would constantly be overrun. We wish you would have, instead of taking the time to write a review on here, just called in during our opening hours and we would have graciously taken care of it for you. We just double checked our machines and both flavors. Everything is up to snuff so not sure what happened. It does get busy and we do have a full dining room on top of call ins and the to go window. Unfortunately we only usually have one or two people making ice creams and the list to make can get extensive. Hope you try us again.
