Please don’t even waster your money. Before I ordered at 8:07, I asked how long it would take for a cheeseburger. I was told 15 minutes. Beautiful. I order. 20 minutes later I check on the order because I saw that people that ordered AFTER me were getting their orders. Mine was being made. My gate closed in 7 minutes. The cashier had the audacity to get an attitude with me for asking for a refund so my pregnant behind could RUN to my gate before it closed. Couldn’t even get a refund. I will be disputing the charge. Terrible service. Not enough people working at the front. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–60 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went here during a layover and what I can only assume is the manager (or at least manager) was there having some sort of conversation with a couple employees, seeming pretty irritated at life and went over to the area where they have some kiosks for self-service. I got his attention after he spent considerable time ignoring me, hoping I'd go away while he fumbled through some pieces of paper. I told him I'm allergic to onions and garlic, and asked what I might be able to eat there (what foods do they have without those) and he told me that everything has both. I had not seen the other reviews before going there; but they make sense now. What a terrible waste of space and resources. Don't eat here. Dietary restrictions: Everything apparently has onions and garlic, so if you have an allium allergy - Don't eat here.

Ordered an overpriced hamburger here and watched as the workers were unable to keep up with a lower quantity of orders than surrounding places. It took 30 minutes of waiting for me to decide on a refund instead. The systems and training in place here are absolutely atrocious. These employees have been set up for failure and are obviously used to it, with their thousand yard stares. I don’t blame them, I blame the operator for these failures. They are obviously systemic based on the other reviews. But it appears that no one is paying attention. Who is running this operation where these reviews stack up and no one cares? Who even owns deluxburger and wants their name sullied like this? Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
