Terrible service !! To say the least 3 staff and it took them 15 mins to seat us then they started sitting others and cleaning tables nobody was waiting for instead of even offering a menu or drink. We left and will not be back Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Have attempted to eat here twice first was dine in with my parents. After being seated and waiting 15 minutes before even being asked for our drink orders. Then had to go get the waitress to order our food after another 15 min. Sometimes i can understand these situations but there was only 3 other tables with customers. And a few people at the bar that the waitress was spending alot of time with while neglecting her duties. Now what prompted me to write this as one bad experience can be a one off. i tried again in a different capacity. The second experience was attempting to order a pick up order. I called and was asked to hold. Ok no problem. Phone was clearly left off the hook as i could hear the phone being moved around and even could hear the debit machine printing. 12 minutes on hold while listening to this. Hung up called back after ringing busy cause they left the phone off the hook. I finnally got through and expressed that i was on hold for 12 minutes. I was told "i dont know what you expect me to do" there was no attempt at fixing the issue or attempt to retain the sale. I was not overly mean or abusive but was firm. Food seems ok here but absolutly terrible service on multiple occasions. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just had the best supper! 10/10 waitresses! Andrea and Candace are the best! huge portion of chicken souvlaki with all the fixings! food was hot, fresh and delishish Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
