Si la lluvia te ha sorprendido de camino a St. University Manila, refúgiate en este restaurante. Su cocina filipina, bajo la dirección de su popular chef, es aquí estupenda. Prueba sus sorprendentes espaguetis a la carbonara, su perfectamente elaborado pollo a la parrilla y su sabroso beicon a la parrilla. Siempre puedes probar unas bien preparadas tortitas con arándanos o unos caseros gofres de huevo en Denny’s. Tal y como la mayoría de clientes afirman, su café americano es bastante espectacular.
Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de este lugar, puesto que es bien conocido por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Aquí vas a pagar unos precios bajos. Tienes la oportunidad de disfrutar de una confortable atmósfera. Según la valoración de Google, este lugar ha llegado a un 4,5.

Located on the Ground Floor of the Pedro Gil Wing of Robinsons Manila. I had their All Day Trio promo which combines your choice of starter, entree and drink. I chose chicken and sausage Quesadilla for starters, sausage and peppers skillet as my entree and iced coffee for my drink. They were OK nothing really worth raving about. I liked the sausage and peppers skillet, spicy sausage sautéed in onions, shiitake mushrooms and bell peppers then doused with gravy placed in sizzling skillet. Savory and slightly spicy, good to go with rice. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Disappointed with the service at Denny’s Robinsons Manila. This is already our third time dining at this branch, and unfortunately, we keep experiencing the same problem. We still decided to give it another chance because we thought the service would improve, but sadly, it was still the same. The serving time was very slow, and it was really difficult to get the attention of the staff. We had to call several times and even raise our voices just to be noticed. Even the bread had to be followed up. The iced tea included in our meal was also not served until we reminded them, and by that time, we were already finished eating. They suggested that we just take it out, but of course, we wanted to enjoy our iced tea together with our meal. Even when we were choosing from the menu, the staff assisting us didn’t seem familiar with some of the items and couldn’t properly explain our options. Instead of helping us decide, it felt like they were not really interested in assisting us. Staff should be familiar with the menu because customers also rely on them when choosing what to order. We also have a Bistro Card, but no one properly explained to us that the package we ordered was not included in the 25% birthday discount. If this had been explained clearly before we ordered, we could have chosen something else. Whether there are only a few customers or the restaurant is very busy, the staff should be properly trained and prepared to handle any situation. Customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly call, follow up, or raise their voices just to get assistance. We really like Denny’s food and have had good experiences at other branches. That’s why we kept coming back and hoping the service at Robinsons Manila would improve. But after experiencing the same issues for the third time, I really hope the management pays attention to this. The food is good, but the service and staff training definitely need improvement.
