¡Impresionante! La calidad de este sitio es sobresaliente. Pedí los Roll's de Filadelfia y estaban tremendamente ricos, se nota la frescura de los ingredientes. El té, un complemento perfecto, muy aromático. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo; el precio es más que justo para lo que ofrecen. ¡Felicidades al chef! Su trabajo es de 10. Waiter was very rude. First, she refused to even acknowledge our existence. Than, as we approached her directly, and tried asking about menu, without saying a word, she just pointed her finger on "currently on break" plaque, that wasn't even visible unless you directly approach the counter. Not once did she even say anything. We decided to eat elsewhere, even though we wanted sushi. Would avoid. Service: 1

THIS IS NOT YOUR JUST SUSHI PLACE! Yes, with such loud words you want to describe this place when entering DERBRUDER premises. The staff kindly greets you, comes out to meet you and offers you a table. The tables are already set with utensils and glasses. • The restaurant opened its doors on Tērbatas Street in the spring of 2024, but BURZMA was already operating at the location. The interior is austere, modern, but incorporating traditional features from Japanese culture. The center of attention is an artificial intelligence wall drawing, which is slightly hidden behind glass panels, but is clearly visible as if through a nebula. The other is an antique - a samurai outfit displayed against the background of a white brick wall. The third is a ceiling decoration of red leaves that echo the rising sun in a wall painting or just as well with origami, or red maple leaves swaying in the wind. • Following the waiter's recommendation, we chose to try the Salmon Crunch and Fry Ebi Crunch warm rolls. Such large roll sizes have never been seen anywhere! You can't even understand if it's good or not (for a first date, probably not, because considering that it's not customary to bite the roll, but to eat it in one go, then with a full mouth, the first date probably won't look aesthetically pleasing!) By the way, here is a very tasty wasabi! On the other hand, the toppings/sauces (mango-curry and unagi) on the rolls seemed too fatty and too much. • But signature cocktails - they deserve separate praise! Beautifully presented and very tasty! • The experience we had at this place was truly unexpected and surprised us.
