Driving back from Colorado to Texas, we never expected to find such delicious Indian food out here. What started as a random stop turned into one of the best meals of our trip! The mixed parathas were fantastic, and the dal makhani was absolutely the star of the show—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh and homemade.
