Always got a steak sub on my way to camp. This time I was so disappointed and disgusted at what I just paid 18.00 for. Asked for onions and banana peppers. We'll both were almost none existing along with what little cheese went on it. Looks like I'm going to buy shaved steak and make my own from now on. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Another Dibellas location that's turned to garbage. The "new" ordering system at these Dibellas locations is just terrible. Subs are as long as ever but they seem to lack the weight of the subs Dibellas made it's name on. Another location that simply has no idea how to make a cheesesteak- which was once a Rochester staple. Really disappointing. I used to go to Dibellas every single Friday for a cheesesteak to treat myself. It was my fav meal in town- anywhere.. And now I can't find it anywhere. Really really frustrates me.. especially when cheesesteaks at Dibellas cost 60% more than they did when they were actually good. Smh Dibellas...smh.. Dibella's subs was ok but nothing great. Slow sub making and sub par at best. Not impressed and the sub basically fell apart while trying to eat. That didn't really go well. Wouldn't recommend...
