I ordered a meal and my pulled pork sandwich was missing some things I requested be on there. I called store and the young man who took my order answered. When I explained what happened with my food and although it wasn’t a BIG deal, it did ruin the experience I expected to have when I ate my meal. He replied “ I don’t know what to do other than ask if you wanna come back for the items missed.” I replied No . I honestly shouldn’t have to . Your response should be “ I apologize for ruining your experience, how about I replace your meal .” But he didn’t and that’s the right thing to do. He says his manager would call and I’ve yet to receive a call back. I called today and again was advised I would receive a call back. I hope they call back and do the right thing., I’m not pissed and understand it’s a mistake, but it’s they’re mistake and should make it right. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

We got delivery from their ghost kitchen, wing boss, last night. It was a huge mistake I won't be making again. Not only did they only put about half the food in the delivery, the stuff they did put in was either wrong (instead of garlic parmesan it was basically straight up hot sauce), broken pieces of bones, or had more feathers than if the chickens were still alive. I genuinely can't believe this was anything other than on purpose. You can't mess food up that bad without it being on purpose. This place is an absolute joke. How do you sell bbq and not even give sauce? Dry as all can be, the rolls are horrible, the mac and cheese tastes worse than a buffet. I will never eat here again. Garbage.
