Everytime I come to this subway no matter what time it is after 6pm, I walk in and the staff says they are closed. I find this to be confusing as it is stated online everywhere and on the signage out the front of the store that the store closes at 9pm. Even the light on the store front is glowing “OPEN” and a person was getting served. Fix your times or stay open it’s not that hard.

wish i could vote it a 0. we ordered a 2 chicken schnitzel subs. took our first bite and the chicken was still frozen after it had been toasted. when taken back to ask to reheat it, they were very rude about it. they ended up doing my request of reheating but then it was still cold in some spot s and boiling in others. this service needs to be looked at. very unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Several times now I’ve checked online to see if this store is open, and every time both the website and the sign on the door say they’re open until 9pm. However, whenever I’ve gone there after 7pm, the store has been closed. The latest time, I walked in at 7:55pm while the “open” sign was still on, only to be immediately told the store was closed — despite them still serving another customer at the time. I just find the whole situation confusing and a bit misleading, especially when the advertised hours consistently say otherwise. Either change your times or stay open until the designated times.
