I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The service was extremely delayed, and the staff kept switching off the AC every few minutes—even in peak summer. At times, they increased the temperature to 30°C, which made it very uncomfortable. What was most disappointing was that while we were having lunch, they turned off the AC completely and switched on fans instead. This felt very unprofessional and ruined the overall experience. The food quality was just average and does not justify the inconvenience. The management seriously needs to improve service and customer care. Not recommended in its current condition.
