What luck! I arrived in Riga as the sun was setting. Hungry I looked around and found heaven: Dilettante. It was steps away from my hotel. Their online reservation was quick and easy. A table freed up sooner and I walked over. Cost was reasonable and it was not noisy. It was full on a Saturday evening. I’m glad I got in as as a solo diner. I started off with the best cappers I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a few). It was topped with chile crumbs. Yummy. I was hungry so I followed that with the risotto di funghi. Delicious. The mushrooms were fresh and flavorful. Then I had the duck in blueberry sauce with wonderful grilled vegetables and an amazing potato gratin. All with impeccable service from the wonderful Patricija. I highly recommend a meal here.
