A group of five of us went to Dilon's Kitchen for dinner. We arrived just before 6 pm for our booking and chatted for perhaps 20 minutes before placing our order. The food arrived at about 8 pm. Now the food was very good, the helpings were generous and the price was very reasonable. But the wait was awful. We commented about this to the waitress when we finished and she said that they were short-staffed. That may well have been true but we should have been warned at the outset that there would be an extremely long wait. We may well have decided to go elsewhere. Or at least ordered as soon as we sat down. I am quite certain that several other groups who arrived later than us were served much more quickly that we were. Maybe there was a mix up in the kitchen. Whatever the reason, we left feeling very dissatisfied with the service. My wife and I are regular visitors to Dilon’s Kitchen at Golden Beach. The Indian cuisine served there, in my opinion, is first class. The food is all made there fresh on site and the servings are generous. The service supplied by Caleb, Anna and Jennifer is both friendly and efficient. The restaurant has a nice cosy ambience. The restaurant is BYO so be warned to bring your own drinks. They have had ice machine issues recently so check before you come to see if ice is available in the restaurant or otherwise do what we do and bring your own ice. The cost of eating there is very reasonable. The place is always well patronised. We will be back again soon.

I cook excellent curries and seldom buy Indian food. Decided to get some takeaway from Dhilons kitchen last week as it is 2 minutes walk from home. The Food was just amazing. The lamb Rogan Josh was to die for.
Never eaten such tasty food from an Indian restaurant. Will be getting more takeaways from there. Highly recommended
