This is by far the worst restaurant in the entire upstate. Restaurant itself is filthy, the food is of terrible quality, and the staff are incredibly rude. I have no idea how this restaurant is in business. Ordered pasta here once and the noodles weee soggy. Like they had been sitting in water all day waiting for someone to order the dish. I mentioned this to the waitress, who laughed at me while walking away. She came back and threw the receipt at me and said if I wasn’t happy they I shouldn’t come back. She is correct, I will absolutely never go back to this restaurant and strongly encourage everyone else to beware Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Last night I ordered one large cheese pizza. I grabbed it a little under 45 minutes before they closed last night. As I got into my car I opened the box to find that the pizza was burned and hard as a brick. I went back inside to show the gal at the register. I was polite and asked her if I could get a replacement. She immediately gave me attitude, told me the pizza oven was “on the fringe”, and that they weren’t even making pizzas or calzones in the restaurant. She said making another would take 30 minutes and they were about to close. I asked for a refund and she told me to contact Slice, where I placed the online order- refusing me a refund. She did not care a single bit that they prepared and put in a box, a completely inedible pizza and charged me $20 hoping I would get home and just accept it. As I left, I said it would be nice to know that the pizza oven AT A PIZZA PLACE wasn’t functioning properly, and as I opened the door she sarcastically told me “I could have called”. WHAT?! Terrible customer service. I live a mile away and will never be back. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
