Una vez que el paseo alrededor de Burnaby Public Library se haya terminado, visita Dinesty Dumpling House. En este restaurante te van a servir cocina china. Los invitados de Dinesty Dumpling House pueden comer unas sabrosas dim sum, unos bien trabajados dumplings fritos y una casera sopa de dumplings. Prueba su atrayente tarta de arroz, sus singulares tortitas verdes y sus bien preparados donuts. Saborea despacio la deliciosa cerveza o el irresistible vino que aquí sirven pensando solo en tu disfrute. Este lugar ofrece entre sus bebidas un buen té.
El ambiente hogareño de este lugar permite a sus clientes relajarse tras un duro día de trabajo. Un gran número de usuarios se han dado cuenta de que en este establecimiento el personal es muy activo. Si quieres disfrutar de un estupendo servicio, tienes que visitar este restaurante. For XLB taste, one of the best in Canada. But compared to Asia, still a notch below. As per receipt, most dishes pretty good. Especially the pan fried tofu, crispy edge with green onions nicely toasted and sweet soya sauce. Service is outstanding — easy to glad a server and sure quick to add items. Washrooms much too tiny. Easy parking underground via hotel Elements beside it. Go to P3 to be on safe side. Loses a star for value. Used to be better priced for its XLB but hey that’s inflationary times we live in. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Dinesty Dumpling House should be ashamed! Upon arrival at 8:05pm my friend (whom recommended dinesty) and I were greeted with a 'Oh sorry we close at 9pm" with zero motion to say hello, welcome us to the restaurant or even seat us! So i insisted we be seated since there was 45mins minimum to eat. The waitress/hostes girl implied would need to leave at exactly 9 ("doors close at 9") so...We ordered promptly. Our beef dish came out quickly with a 15 min wait for other 3 dishes to arrive to eat with our now cold beef. However we were still waiting for our final dish it arrived at 8:35 and not 60 seconds after it arrived another waiter came and put a check on our table and asked us to "can you pay now". We litterally just got our completed order delivered to our table. And this guy want me to stop eating and conversation with my friend and pay?! With 15mins until 9pm remaining!!! I hadn't even tasted the dish yet!!! I've been a waiter and have worked in many restaurants in the past and Never is it acceptable to chase a customer away with an hour before closing time and it's not acceptable in any restaurant to drop a check and insist on the bill be paid while eating is underway. I asked to speak to the manager and was told "the manager wasn't there only the account who was the one needing us to pay now") I let the waiter know this is very very rude and unacceptable and he said "he wasn't trying to rush me" and just stood there with the debit machine out for me to pay!! I put down my chopsticks next to the (at best) glorified and mediocre mall Chinese food and informed him "he was indeed rushing us and this is very unacceptable and rude". He just stood there waiting......for us to pay! I was so upset I forgot to mention to him that I had found a long hair in the chicken dish we ordered (gross!!!!!) Also there were 2 other (asian) tables that had not finished eating and had not been billed yet. (Yep, my asian friend and i felt a bit of discrimination toward our mixed relationship too...just a vibe we felt from the moment we entered the restaurant) The many wait staff were also all eating in the dinning room while customers were still dining. We ended up leaving at 8:50 with ease and the second we left they turned lights out and locked the door. No bye, no thank you...nothing. I will never recommend Dinesty food and the service was abysmal. I would never recommend Dinesty to anyone and will share this story whenever the topic arises so others won't experience the ultra greasy, hairy, rude and rushed we did. I'd give a zero star if i could. The mall across the streer has better food and better service and apprecition foe the customer. Dinesty Dumpling House should be ashamed!
