Food is fresh, tasty, and some of the best in Tbilisi. Consider focusing on delivery services (Glovo, Wolt, Bolt food) and run promotions to attract new customers (lunch specials, two for one, etc). Also make a basic website with the menu and a way to contact you. I no longer live in Tbilisi and I wish I could find food as good as Dippy somewhere in Europe.
