I recently visited Direct message and was disappointed with both the coffee and the matcha. The coffee lacked the rich flavor and aroma I expect, tasting bitter. Additionally, the matcha was not up to par, lacking the smooth, fresh taste that I enjoy. I hope this feedback helps in improving the quality of your beverages.
