What an interesting experience. We had a door dash order. The bag was well sealed from the restaurant. One of the items wasn’t in the bag and obviously the Dasher didn’t take it. I called the store about the situation to try and come to an understanding. The gentleman who answered was professional the entire time. It went a bit like this. Can you send someone with the last of the order? He told me no they don’t have anyone who can do that and that we can drive there and they would remake it. I told him that doesn’t make any sense because we paid extra to have it delivered. I ask him to propose a solution. He tells me he doesn’t have one and that there isn’t a manager at the store. I asked him if something happened at the store who would he call? He did not have an answer. He then asked for a name and number and that i would get a call tomorrow. Disappointing situation as one person was left without dinner. Weird interaction. It was a higher review but since they didn’t have the decency to call back like they said they would they can take what they earned. Food: 5 Service: 1

May 25, 2026 around 2:00–2:30 AM, my group came in to pick up over $130 worth of food. There were five of us there waiting for the order. When we arrived and asked about our food, we were told it would still be another 20 minutes, so we went to the pool table area to wait. The bartender who identified himself as “Sean” approached us asking for IDs. We are all clearly adults and over 21 years old. Four of us were able to provide valid IDs right away, and one person did not have theirs available. Instead of handling the situation professionally like any decent employee should, Sean immediately became loud, aggressive, disrespectful, and started cussing at us. He repeatedly used the F-word while speaking to customers (our group) and raised his voice so loudly that the entire bar could hear him. Everyone around us turned and looked because of how disrespectful and out of control he was acting. It was humiliating, unnecessary, and honestly shocking to witness from someone working behind a bar representing your business. At 2:21 AM we called to cancel the order because we no longer felt comfortable staying there after the way we were treated, and Sean continued cussing us out over the phone. No customer should ever be spoken to like that for simply asking about their order and trying to wait peacefully. To make matters worse, another couple outside was also complaining about his behavior and attitude, which shows this was clearly not just a misunderstanding. This bartender completely ruined the atmosphere of the restaurant and made the business look horrible. What hurts the most is that we actually supported this place heavily. Between all of us, we’ve spent thousands of dollars here over time and came back often because we enjoyed the place. To be treated with disrespect, screamed at publicly, and cursed out like we were trash was honestly disgusting and disappointing. I genuinely feel like we were racially targeted. We are Hispanics and also had a Black friend with us, and from the beginning the energy felt hostile and aggressive for absolutely no reason. Whether his real name is Sean or not, this employee should be held accountable. His behavior was embarrassing, hostile, and completely unacceptable. This situation needs to be taken seriously by management and corporate because nobody should be treated this way by an employee anywhere. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
