My husband and I hail from Chicago, but we’ve been residing in Georgia for the past 13 years. It’s been a while since I last visited Docks, as I was a little girl when I first tried their famous fish sandwiches. My husband reminded me of them, and he ordered the fish sandwich. I opted for the catfish nugget basket, while my daughter enjoyed their new three-piece chicken tenders, and my son had a fish sandwich as well. Let me begin by acknowledging that I’m not sure who is responsible for the recent negative reviews. However, I must say that the customer service at Docks was exceptional. The food arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. None of it was burnt or had a greasy taste. The new chicken tenders were a standout. They were large, juicy, and bursting with flavor. I didn’t get to try my husband’s fish sandwich, but he raved about it, describing it as amazing and really good. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Docks and would definitely recommend it to anyone. The only thing I’m slightly disappointed about is that I didn’t take any pictures. I was so eager to dig into my food and try the infamous mild sauce, which I hadn’t had in years. Food: 5 Service: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $20–30

Where do I begin ?. First off the fish in the sandwich was burnt. Secondly. These Untrained/Uneducated employees give poor customer service. No 'Thank you'. 'Have a nice day'. 'Come again '. These people must don't understand - The customers keep the place open. Thirdly. Customers don't have food delivered. Please come in so that U can check and make sure U R getting everything U paid for. This place do what alot of other places do. 'FORGET' to add items U have paid for. Again. Double check your bag before U leave. Hopefully. Your fish won't B burnt. I don't have to worry about burnt fish and poor customer service anymore. Because I won't B back. Listen up, everyone....Ms. Venisa, truly, is the Hostess with the Most Skills on this side of Town! Ms. Venisa, is My-Go-To VIP, for some Seriously, Great Home Cooked Meals, Vibes Experience!!! Did y'all hear that? The food is prepared to order as Fresh, Hot, Oh So Delicious and will have your Taste Buds Lit Up! If you want the best tasting food, that sends you home... wanting for sleep and dreaming like a baby for some more... then I suggest, you high tail it over there to Dock's, located at 1651 W Roosevelt Road, Suite 015. Near the Medical District off Ashland/Roosevelt in Chicago, IL. Dock's is located within the Jewel Osco Strip Mall, and it will definitely be worth the visit! So come one and come all...do that social media thing and get all your friends and family to stop by! Forget all the other Dock's locations .... because Ms. Venisa...Is The Real Deal!!!
