This signature whiskey is a unique take on the old Irish Pot Still Whiskey, a blend of two styles of Irish whiskey, Single Malt and Single Pot Still. Made with an unusual proportion as it contains 100% whiskey distillates from the copper pot still and 0% Grain or Column still whiskey, the end result is a much more flavoursome whiskey. Founder’s Reserve is triple distilled and matured in Bourbon Casks.

With over 20 rotating local craft beers, microbrews, and Irish draught staples on tap, the flight combos are endless!

A locally crafted twist on our Dublin Mule, this one is made with NC's Social House Vodka and Ginger Beer for a crisp flavor that can only come from thoughtfully sourced, local ingredients!

A Doherty's original! Hand-rolled with corned beef, sauerkraut & Swiss cheese served with our signature Thousand Island dressing.

House-cooked chips topped with gorgonzola cream, blue cheese crumble & green onion. Finished with a drizzle of sweet red pepper jelly or spicy buffalo sauce.

Goat cheese fritters served over a bed of spinach with avocado, cranberries, pralines, carrots, and red peppers with our green apple vinaigrette.

Beef tenderloin medallions served over spring mix with feta cheese, red onion, cucumber, tomato & our Bloody Mary vinaigrette.

A traditional Irish potato pancake with your choice of filling. All 3 of our Boxtys are served with potato croquettes and haricots vert or order them as an appetizer sampler. ???????????? ???????????????????????????????????? Our house-made black bean burger or Udi's Gluten Free bun is available as a substitute.

Herb-crusted chicken with a corned beef Rockefeller stuffing served over fresh mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Finished with a creamy béchamel sauce.

An Irish tradition! Corned in-house, hand sliced and laid over cabbage, potatoes and carrots and served with spicy mustard.

The real deal. Bangers, rashers, eggs, sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomato, potato hash, marbled rye & Irish baked beans. Available every Sunday until 2pm along with our Bloody Mary Bar. Choose your liquor, choose your mix, toss in the right seasoning mix, and then pile it high for your own Bloody Mary.

Our specialty omelet batter, stuffed with bacon, sausage, cheddar cheese, onions, peppers & finished with tomato. Served with fresh fruit or your choice of toast. Available every Sunday until 2pm.

Fresh avocado drizzled with olive oil and finished with cracked black pepper. Served on toasted wheatberry with two eggs cooked to your liking, a lemon wedge, and a side of fruit. Available every Sunday until 2pm.
