My issue with this food truck (the one located at NC State’s Centennial Campus) is the customer service, it feels like they’re trying to nickel and dime you for everything. Whether you get a half-size ($14) or full-size fish and chips ($19), you get one small cup of tartar sauce and charge you 50 cents for each extra cup. One small cup of tartar sauce is not enough for a full-size fish and chips! And this is with their prices already being on the expensive side of things. On top of that, their payment option puts you down as automatically giving a 20% tip unless you cancel out of it. This is a food truck, fast-food, not a sit-down restaurant; 10% tip is already asking a lot, 20% is excessive in my opinion. Regarding the food itself, the fried fish was good, the fries were just okay, need much more seasoning. Part of the problem with the fries is the salt they use is in large flakes and it tends to fall off the fries. Thus the fries don’t have enough salt and are fairly bland.

We had 2 great picks for dinner... Fish n Chips and a grilled Reuben. Fish was lightly breaded and crispy, with good spices. Reuben was heaped w Corned Beef. We plan to chase the truck again soon.

AMAZING dinner tonight from the Paddy Wagon. I ordered half fish & chips and the brisket poutine, both delectable. Quick, easy, great food!
