This has become one of our go to spots in the neighbourhood for fresh Japanese at a reasonable price. The decor is bright and clean and the food comes quick and tasty. The rice bowls and Udon noodles are a highlight. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $20–40 Recommended dishes: Teriyaki Chicken Don, Tempura Udon

Saturday afternoon 2.59pm We were on our way back to Balmain looking for somewhere to eat, when we came across this treasure of a place, called DokiDoki Rozelle. We hit the jackpot!!! As we wanted fresh, clean and of course delicious. DokiDoki was just what we needed. Even though they were closing for their afternoon break, the very kind front of house staffer took pity on us. The team stayed open for us and served us a fantastic late lunch. The owner/chefs Maureen Woo and June Kim presented us with faultless cooked pork katsu, fresh yummy seaweed salad and a soba salad with a flavoursome sesame dressing. Our craving satisfied, perfect for lunch or dinner. Cannot recommend this place enough, we loved it so much that I’m going back this coming week to share DokiDoki with another couple of friends .
