I order Domino's like once a week. The App was not working yesterday. Tried to call the store and the manager would not honor the online specials. Told me it's online only. Hard to order online when the app don't work. Get it together Domino's ordered somewhere else... Service: 1

We used to love this store. Ordered once a week at times for months. All of a sudden, the last 5 times, we've had issue upon issue and had drivers be absolutely awful. From not following delivery instructions because "it's dark out here" (we have a motion activated light), to "if y'all don't tip, we aren't driving out here anymore... It's 13 miles (Google maps says it's 4.8 miles) or to ring a doorbell despite (again) clear instructions, waking a house of sleeping kids. We kept giving chances because we'd always had great service and excellent food until very recently! (Note: we used to tip, but felt it was unfair to spend money we barely have to just get normal service again). It makes us sad to stop using this store and I HATE to leave this review, but people should know what service they are possibly going to get. It isn't right to mistreat anyone or bully customers for tips. Do better Domino's. This is disappointing. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
