Hello inflation an bad customer service. Ordered a garlic prawn from Dominos Birkenhead $18.99. Expecting my usual big fat dripping with cheese pizza. On way back to car felt pizza flying around in box and discovered this tiny thing. Went back to shop and was told oh prices went up this is now just a large. Asked for money back was told no like it was the last $18.99 on earth. Explained dissatisfaction and was not made aware of massive hike. This pizza won’t even fill one side of my stomach. Finally offered me a dollar back and I decided to take my pizza and leave. I did explain that I would put a review up to the Manager. I walked to car looked back to find Staff and Manager having a great of old Chuckle Buyer beware price hike no bang for buck. Customer is not right here. I have said all this to store Manager he is aware I am posting Just a heads up for people on a budget. The Italian place does a pizza twice size for same price. . Good luck with ya business little man. Chuckle Chuckle. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

If you leave a bad review they will tell you the following. Burnt pizzas, stalf who watch the phone ring, sad topping all on multiple occasions. If in the area I would avoid. "Hi "insert name here" Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear about your experiences. We have investigated your review and couldn't find an order under your name for delivery. It is possible the feedback was meant for a different store? Please contact us directly or visit our store, and we'll be happy to look into the matter further and resolve any issues if they were our fault. Thanks" Very generic and a lot of copy paste with your responses. Wonder which AI wrote the response for you. AVOID
