Edit: In terms of management side, they actually have been taking the feedbacks seriously and trying to sort things out. Really appreciated. The owner of the store contacted and took the information about the incident and taken the action. Hopefully the service turns out to be better now. But once again, thanks for considering the incident seriously. Initial Impression :( Very rude staff or so called himself as owner. Doesn’t know how to talk to customers. If you don’t like to wait 5 minutes then don’t just take the order at closing time or don’t take the night shift. Or get another job instead. FYI: Two more order in process I could see on the screen still staff wanted to lecture about picking it up on time for being 5 minutes late and kept saying “I also want to go home” Such a rude behaviour I’ve encountered for the first time in at least last 10 years here. Worth the 10 extra minutes drive to Sandringham store or any different Pizza places such as Pizza Hut rather than this so called rude staff or owner lecturing about the 5minutes. If you’re the owner, you should talk to the customers with respect rather than being rude as soon as someone enters. Something could’ve been said politely. But nah. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
