I visited this Domino’s for a takeaway order around 7:30 PM, and the experience was very disappointing. The staff member at the front desk had no manners and did not know how to deal with customers. On the display screen, my order showed as “Ready.” When I went to the counter to collect it, the staff member reacted aggressively and told me my order was not ready yet, even though the screen clearly showed otherwise. I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes, and then my name was removed from the screen without any explanation. The main issue was not the delay, but the rude and unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff/owner. Customer service was very poor, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Meal type: Dinner
