El servicio de entrega a domicilio es una de las grandes ventajas de Domino's Pizza. Una serie de visitantes han notado que en este establecimiento el personal es bueno. La mayoría de clientes encuentran que el servicio es correcto. Este lugar se caracteriza por una atmósfera aburrida. Un gran número de asiduos que usan Google no le otorgaron a este lugar una nota muy alta.

Definitely would not recommend especially for delivery. This is the third time my order has been incorrect on time estimate and when delivered is cold or in bad condition. When you call there is always an excuse or attitude. The only positive is that they at least got the order right. This time you can tell other things were sitting on the box for a while. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1

HORRIBLE!! The employees are rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional to say the very least. This is all on top of giving incorrect ETA’s, delivering the wrong, completely messed up order!! I’d leave a negative amount of stars if I could. I have to end my negative review now before I make myself even angrier and have a stroke or coronary or something. Berkeley Dominos, do better! Y’all are absolute garbage!!!!!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This has got to be the worst Domino's Pizza I have ever used. I've lived all over the country and ordered hundreds of times from a wide variety of different Domino's. This one is consistently BAD. The food comes cold a vast majority of the time. This is due to the extremely long delivery times. Like one evening it was 4 hours. FOUR HOURS! That was the exception because the rest of the time it's over an hour. And it's located about 5 minutes driving from my house. Yes, I could go do carryout, but I have a toddler at home and sometimes ordering is just easier so having to wait hours for pizza is insane. Several times I have had missing items. Once I was told they would refund my money, which they never did. Another time, they brought ONE of the TWO items they forgot and then got angry when they realized I expected them to come back with ALL of the items. I literally do not understand what is going on over there. We've just moved to the area and obviously it's the closest one to our house so for Delivery purposes its all we can use. We've ordered at least 6 or 7 times in the past four months or so, and not a single time was the delivery time under an hour (And this is after it's been quality checked and made and says "out for delivery"). We order from Imo's mostly now. They have a long delivery time but at least the food arrives correct, no missing items and HOT.
