I had a really disappointing experience with Domino’s. I specifically ordered a pizza without cheese along with a drink, but received a pizza with cheese and no drink at all. To make things worse, the delivery driver didn’t even knock properly because he realized he forgot the drink. When I contacted the store, they told me it would take another hour just to deliver the drink, even though the restaurant is only about 2 km away from my house. I agreed to wait, but I still haven’t received my drink. This level of service is unacceptable—wrong order, missing items, and extremely poor follow-up. Really frustrating experience and not what I expected at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

absolutely disgusting! staff sitting on the bench, on there phones and eating behind the counter. so unhygienic and ferral behaviour, if you don’t wanna work how about you don’t! Service: 1

Would give 0 stars. Paid for 20 minute guarantee delivery, however an hour or so later still no update on the delivery tracker. When it finally said delivered the tracker would not update and it had been another 40 minutes so I called the store, after multiple tries to get a hold of the store they would not pick up the phone until I tried a few more times. When they finally picked up I asked where my order was and they said it still hadn’t made it as they were “busy” and wouldn’t provide a refund for the cost of delivery as stated within my consumer rights and only offered a voucher. When asked to speak to the manager about my order as I wanted to make a complaint to the ACCC the girl placed the phone on hold and hung up. Didn’t hear back and still didn’t get my pizza or a refund
