I don’t frequently order dominos, but I noticed that they kept sending someone with a bad knee when I would. I felt awful making the guy hike up 3 flights of stairs just to give me some mediocre pizza (no offense meant, it’s great for the value, fits the niche, just not the best in the world) that I was too lazy to go out and get myself from a place 5-10 minutes away. In response to seeing that, I started specifying in my details that “I live on the 3rd floor, please don’t send someone who doesn’t want to deal with the stairs” and immediately they stopped sending the guy with the bad knee and I felt super relieved that they took that comment and his knee into consideration. I sincerely hope that guy is still working there and doing well (or that he got an even better job!) he sure as shoot seems like the kind of hard worker that would earn it. Thanks for listening and taking care of your staff like that. I can’t review the store as a whole, I only ever interact with the delivery people, and they’ve always been polite, prompt and respectful, but I can at least acknowledge when it seems like management takes care of their people.
