Have been a local customer of this store for 8 years with no issues. Over the last few months there has been a sharp drop in quality and service. Tonight, 27 Feb 2026 we placed our final order from this store. The order showed a delivery time of 60-75 min. That’s understandable, it’s a Friday evening. After an hour and twenty minutes with four hungry boys I call the store. The girl at the store told me my order just entered the oven. I told her to cancel the order as we could not wait another hour. She proceeded to argue and told me everyone has to wait, and that I wasn’t being reasonable. I was forced to contact my bank to initiate a refund for services not rendered. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
