Ni se merecen ninguna estrella Pedí unas alitas extra crispy y me dieron unas tan aguadas y feas. Muy mal servicio malo malo

I used to order from Dominos a couple times a month. Usually, when the pizza they deliver is not up to standard they will always graciously offer a credit for the amount I paid to use the next time I order. Well, the last time i inquired about my credit I was laughed at, mocked, and left on hold waiting for a manager to come to the phone which never happened even after 20 minutes of holding. On top of that, that very same day they delivered my pizza which was missing the toppings I requested. I tried to use the insurance option online and that was not working. So, I was stuck, once again, paying for an unsatisfactory product and service. Now, out of fear of retaliation of them spitting, or coughing, or digging in their noses and putting boogers on anything I order in the future, I am simply unable to support my neighborhood Domino’s. But the community should know why Domino’s is losing business, and I’m sure not just mine. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The Domino's Pizza store in DeSoto at Hampton Rd. and Beltline is horrible!!! Their service stinks, the manager/employees are lazy, sorry and do not care about the customer! I phoned in my order, and when I got there they hadn't even started cooking the pizza! They made me wait another 30mins for them to make it/cook it, and the pizza still wasn't what I ordered! The manager refused to compensate me for anything, I told her that I would file a complaint!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
