Waiting way to long for an order is the norm. The staff is rude and if your lucky that might get 1 of 3 items ordered right. Avoid this location it isn't worth the medium pizza order insurance covers. The location is the worst pizza place in the state. Price per person: $10–20

Had a solvable situation here last week if it weren’t for the manager that I had to wait a whole nother day for to ruin it. Ordered a medium pan pizza, pretty much chicken bacon ranch style but with mushrooms and ham right. Didn’t check the pizza before I got all the way home which was slightly my fault but it should have been. Got all the way home and it looked good with all toppings visible that I chose, except no cheese at all on the pizza. Thought maybe just maybe the cheese is blended in with the ranch or something. Touched a piece that looked like cheese and it was a film that formed from them baking the ranch onto the pizza! The ranch was on it so thick that it felt gross trying to eat the first piece. We did try to find the cheese on most of the remaining pizza but couldn’t even stomach that filmy ranch dressing on it! Called up and the girl working there was cool and chill told me I could bring it back which I should have done but had just enough gas to get to work 23 miles away. She said or I can just keep it and they’ll credit me for next time. Decided to go that route just pray that we didn’t get sick from the skin on the ranch. She said ok we’ll call tomorrow at 4:30 but make sure you have pictures of the pizza don’t bring it in. Discard it or do whatever. Had 3 untouched pieces left in the box for when I got home from work I was going to bring it along with the pictures I took the previous evening. Manager got on the phone and wanted me to bring the whole untouched pizza back and shed credit me. Told her we tried with 5/8 pieces but still had 3 untouched for evidence. Snapped on me and told me I’m not doing anything for you unless you bring in a full 8 piece pizza! I told her the deal and she couldn’t care less. Crazy how it worked out this way when I never had a problem at all before this. Welp, I tried supporting Dominos and not all Dominos are show signs of ignornace, but I could see how the ones that do give the rest a bad name. Every employee aside from the manager was cool and easy to work with. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I always order pickup from Domino's Pizza through the app, and it’s usually a smooth process. This time I had trouble with the app, so I placed my order through the website instead. I got an email saying it would be ready the next day, so I assumed that was correct since it was pretty late. The next day, I checked the app and realized the order had actually been marked ready that same night — so there was clearly some kind of glitch between the website and app. I went in and explained the situation, and the staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. They remade my order for me without any issue, and I really appreciated how they handled everything. This is always my go-to Domino's Pizza location because the customer service is consistently great, the food is always hot and fresh, and the deals are hard to beat. Even when there’s a technical issue, the team makes it right. Definitely recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
