Can someone please answer the phone i been waiting on a pizza for almost two hours and the app is saying the driver is just sitting on county road 12 for 30 minutes i been waiting for someone to answer the phone for almost two hours 10 minutes now as i leave this review. Well this is a edit to my review my driver name is “Scott” and “Scott” thought he deserved a tip and displayed some very immature sarcasm so to “Scott” i would like to say you should’ve listened to your parents nobody owe ypu nothing if you ask your co workers we are excellent tippers you just suck Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered pizza and was told it would be delivered at 7:03pm. Got a message the ordered was delayed and wouldn’t be arriving until 7:54. If i wanted cold pizza I would have ordered it the day before. We called to cancel the order and the guy said he would get his manager on the phone. This was $103 order. After 26 minutes on hold we received an email about the cancellation and the refund. Customer service is a thing of the past. No one cared enough to pick up the call and talk to us. You get better service from a drive thru. Absolutely pitiful. Too many other pizza joints to be this bad at your job. No auto response necessary please. Just keep doing what you’re doing. Domino’s makes enough to survive without me. I haven't had Domino's pizza in a couple months and my wife was wanting Marco's. I didnt want to drive to Gulf Shores and/or wait on it so I got Domino's. It was AWESOME!!! Everyone was happy! I also made the decision to get an extra pizza and get BBQ sauce instead of tomato, my new favorite place! Ive been looking for a good BBQ pizza and Domino's just won my vote!! My family all turned thier nose up and wouldn't try it but thats better for me, eat the other ones we got and ill finish it! thank yall Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
