I have ordered various takeaway pizzas and the occasional garlic bread from here and always found them to be great quality, fresh, tasty, hot and well done. I have not ordered chicken or anything else from them, so I can't vouch for those products. Chicken would be a lot harder to cook and handle, but I have always felt impressed every time I have gone there. I see some people had issues at times, but I have never had any of these. I know they get busy at times, especially during peak periods, but if it's logged in the system and gives you an estimated time, it's always ready on time or within a few minutes. Staff have always been friendly, unlike at a lot of other fast-food places. Considering how bad the KFC is in town and how some McDonald's elsewhere (the one in the town of Gatton isn't too bad) are, this is certainly one of the best fast-food experiences I've ever had. With every meal I have had from them, I have always felt impressed and happy with my purchase, unlike at so many other fast-food places. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Poor service, called in advance for a pizza deal, was told will sort out when arrive. Asked when arrived and they charged me full price wouldn’t adjust to the current deals. Price per person: A$80–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
