We ordered a pizza for pick up. It was supposed to be tomato sauce, Xtra cheese, beef, bacon and banana peppers. It came to me looking like the attached picture. No extra cheese, no beef, hardly any bacon and jalapeños instead of banana peppers. My mouth is burning up! I called Domino's. I kindly told the woman that the pizza was incorrect and had either been made wrong, or could I possibly have someone else's pizza? She told me that if I BRING THE PIZZA BACK that I could get another one made or a credit. I asked if I just want a credit, do I have to bring it back. She said "yes that is the "rule"". I said "you have got to be kidding me. My husband had already left for the store. So he came back to pick up the pizza and bring it her. How ridiculous! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I purchased off the app, for delivery, and there were so many extra charges that I deleted the app. I understand if you pick up, non of those charges apply. Food was very good for a chain. The delivery guy was very friendly. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Max Armstrong Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent experience. We appreciate your kind words about the quality of the food and the friendliness of your delivery driver. We will be sure to pass along your compliments to the team. We understand that additional charges such as sales tax and the delivery fee can be frustrating. Sales tax is applied in accordance with local regulations, and the delivery fee helps cover the operational costs associated with providing delivery service. These charges are separate from the menu price and may not apply to carryout orders. Your feedback is important to us, and we regret that the added fee led you to delete the app. We value your business and hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to serve you in the future. If you're looking for some great pizza and would like to try something a little different than your typical pizza pie with red sauce and mozzarella cheese and assorted toppings, I suggest trying the hand tossed pizza with garlic parmesan (white) sauce instead of red/marinara sauce. I personally add the premium chicken and spinach (sometimes I order my pizza with spinach, sometimes without depending on my mood) toppings. I also really really like the Memphis BBQ chicken specialty pizza. It features honey barbecue sauce instead of marinara sauce, premium chicken, onions, and both cheddar and provolone cheeses. It is an amazing pizza. I've been going to Domino's for more than 20 years and honestly always found them to be a little bit bland and, frankly, a little boring but always predictable which can be a very good thing. I was reintroduced to them by a very good friend this summer and discovered the garlic parmesan sauce as an alternative to the typical (and yes, as I said sometimes a little bit boring!) red pizza sauce. Now I can't get enough of Domino's Pizza. I use the online website to place my orders as I have a rewards account with them which does pay off from time to time certainly with free pizzas and other deals. I do take issue with the speed of the website as it can be frustratingly slow. But I try to just deal with it and put the phone down come back a few minutes later and whatever screen I'm trying to complete well then be loaded. But, overall, it certainly worth that little frustration to have a hot, very very delicious pizza delivered to me in a very short amount of time!
