Very disappointed with our order. The pizzas were undercooked and not baked properly, and the butter chicken sauce tasted bitter, making it unpleasant to eat. We called the store to let them know about the issue, but the experience was extremely disappointing. It was an absolute waste of money Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

How can someone who operates a store like Dominos Caringbah say they delivered pizzas to a house full of hungry kids that never arrived?! It was pre-ordered at 4:30 this afternoon for a 6pm-6:20pm delivery. After multiple attempts to contact and our only avenue being the text complaint service we were told at 9:30pm it had been delivered. However, our doorbell camera and our babysitter never had a knock on the door or a phonecall. Absolute disgrace of a food delivery service and we will NEVER BE BACK TO THIS CRAP ESTABLISHMENT. Never trust this store or their drivers who lie and rob children of a meal Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Caringbah Domino's. Worst experience ever. This also even cost me a voucher code that they had previously sent to me due to me finding a long hair in my pizza. Guess I should've learned from previous experience but my daughter wanted Domino's so I gave in. Order never showed up. Ordered at 6.13pm, said it would be delivered by 7pm. Tried to call the store nearly 50 times with zero answer as I was trying to find out where my order was. Order arrived at 9.50pm after I had already cancelled it and ordered Pizza Hut instead. Did not accept the delivery. Filled out complaint form, decent response time however, still waiting on the regional management team to contact me as they said they would. Not surprised. See pics below. DO NOT RECOMMEND CARINGBAH DOMINOS AT ALL! NEVER AGAIN! Price per person: A$40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
