In terns if food and hygiene and criss contamination. Why is the cashier not putting gloves on after touching register. She goes immediately to touching dough with the same hands.also the other lady is using a spray cleaning product and cleaning cloth quite close to another lady preparing raw food, no gloves no awareness of cross contamination. The lean over the pizza wearing the extremely filfy aprons and one lady apron touched the pizza she preparing as she is short ans when she leans over to access the food container at the back she can only reach by stretching, but during the stretch her body leans right onto the pizza.. why don't they clean there aprons only one lady with clean apron on . No washing hands during the process of preparing one pizza to the next so lots of cross contamination from hands to new pizza . PH 1 person out of 3 have washed their hands . Just now, I'm typing this while waiting for my pizza. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I had wanted to order a Margarita pizza and 2 desserts over the phone, I asked her what the desserts where she was very unclear and I'm also Autistic, so I had trouble understanding what she was saying to me. And the girl on the phone I found to me very rude and she hung up on me and also kept putting me on hold, which really annoys me. The 2nd was a male member of staff staff. I phoned up to explain what happened and that I was coming to the branch to pady for and collect my order. He showed me how to do it on Google pay. But put my order through the till, which was totally wrong. I actually got a double cheese large pizza not the Margarita pizza that I ordered. I got the 2 desserts I thought thst it was a cake, but it was ice cream and it was too late by then. He offered to deliver my food to my home address, I said no because I was already there. And there was no point. My food was left on the side for a while. Luckily 8t was still piping hot otherwise I would have got them to remake it. You want it piping hot nothing less. They are need retraining on also on sustomer service. I was not impressed at all. I would be going back there anytime soon. I also found the staff very rude and they need to make sure they listen to what the customers are ordering and make sure that they get the order right. They got mine wrong!!! Not acceptable. On a Margarita pizza it's supposed to have mushrooms, where were they? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza and had an excellent experience. The ordering process was straightforward, and the pizza arrived promptly within the estimated delivery time. The delivery driver has a nice smile on his face was courteous and professional.
