This was the absolute craziest experience ever today . I ordered a pizza and pretty much every time I order from this location my pizzas are always missing toppings or toppings that were requested to be removed were on there and it’s usually manageable and I’ve let it go until today . I knew I should have checked the box right there in front of them because as soon as I got home my entire order was wrong . I then called the store because I was going to see if I could get it remade because it wouldn’t be eaten if I kept it . Upon calling I was placed on hold to wait for a manager , 15 minutes later i decided maybe they forgot I was on hold , I then called back when the same woman answered the phone . She then immediately got an attitude and stated” listen I’m just the delivery driver ma’am and the manager is making pizza and I don’t know what you want me to do.” I then stated I’d just like to talk to someone about my pizza being wrong , she then “snickered” and said well I don’t know ma’am but she’s busy. When I picked up my pizza, there wasn’t a single order on that board , there were no pizzas being made. It felt like an excuse to not deal with the issue at hand , especially since the manager was making the pizzas . I asked her if I could not speak with the manager now , what would be a good time to contact back for her convenience, the lady then stated I honestly don’t know like I said I’m a delivery driver . I then asked them to give the manager my Information to contact me back . Needless to say , this was at 3:00 , it’s now 10pm, I doubt I’ll hear back . Oh and another thing that was the most disturbing , when I then asked the lady for corporate number and I’d handle my issue that way she stated they don’t operate under corporate because they’re a franchise the lady was literally telling me they don’t answer to dominos because they’re a “franchise” . Honestly I’ve have this location so many chances and this was it for me . I hope someone sees this and other reviews just like it and finally opens their eyes and sees what’s happening at that store. At least save your money and go to another location or pizza spot all together Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
