I'm not a regular at this place since I don’t eat pizza every day, but whenever I’m in the mood for one, this is always where I go. The pizzas are solid and the service is usually good. The main reason I’m writing this review though is to give a big shoutout to one of their staff members. She’s the girl who takes orders at the counter. I didn’t see a name tag, but the receipt said Sadeesha (I’m not 100% sure though). She’s super efficient, really kind, and never makes mistakes. She explains everything so clearly and nicely to every customer. Honestly, she’s way too good for this country— she deserves a proper opportunity in a developed country like the US, Europe, or Singapore. Easy five stars from me for her. Meal type: Other Price per person: Rs 1,000–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

They should just stick to Pizza and not try anything else like rice. Or if they are trying any others, they need to give with quality. The recently introduced Fried rice is crap. Rice is not cooked well. Chicken has been just spreader with minimal way. Stupid stuff. Don't fool your customers in this way. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 1–1,000

Today, we ordered two varieties of pizza, and unfortunately, the quality and standards were not consistent. The pizzas arrived looking like uneven, flattened rotis—you simply can’t call them pizzas. I also watched the person preparing the pizzas. He just flattened the dough without giving it any proper shape and seemed to pay no attention to presentation. What was most concerning was that he handled and spread the mozzarella cheese with his bare hands, without wearing gloves. When it comes to food preparation, hygiene is a serious matter, and this was quite disappointing to witness. I hope Dominos will take steps to improve both the quality of its pizzas and its food handling standards. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 6,000–7,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
