Placed an order through the app, shortly after I get a call saying they were out of the pasta dish I ordered. They offered a different one, I agreed and hung up. The app tracker later claims they have my order in the oven. After the tracker says it's in the oven I get a call from a different employee who is mumbling and sounds like he's half asleep and annoyed, telling me they are out of yet another part of my order. Well actually it was "um, did you um, make an order" I asked him to repeat himself because I didn't understand, he sighs heavily and gruffly replies "did you place an order with dominos, yeah we don't have the chicken what else do you want." I want y'all to not sound like a crabby burn out and be aware of what you have in stock before claiming to be cooking my order but clearly haven't.

Food was good, however my friends & I ordered pizza that came delivered to our Best Western hotel room. We asked for paper plates, napkins, dried red peppers & dried motsarrela cheese. Sorry we don't have any!! So I called your store to complain about this & the young man on the phone did apologize for it. I did not feel this was enough so I asked to speak to the manager. The young man speaking to the manager, thinking he placed me on hold, said do you want to speak to this guy or do you want me to hang up? I heard the manager say, " Just hang up on him" Click!!!
