I recently visited this Domino’s branch for a dine-in meal, but unfortunately, the experience was quite poor. The service provided by the cashier was unprofessional and made for a very uncomfortable environment. Furthermore, I am very concerned about the hygiene practices I witnessed. Watching the pizza preparation process, it was clear that the staff were not following basic safety protocols, such as using gloves. This lack of cleanliness, paired with a pizza that lacked flavor, was a major disappointment.

Based on customer feedback and general information, Domino's Pizza - Ragama, located at 36 Mahabage Rd, Ragama 11010, has an overall rating of 3.5 stars. The general sentiment for this specific location is quite positive, often highlighting the exceptional service and friendly staff. Customers frequently praise the overall atmosphere and the quality of the food and service. Here are a few direct quotes from recent 5-star reviews: "I must say the staff is very friendly and even though we had arrived before they opened they invited us to stay in till their system opened. The atmosphere as well as the food is as good as any fast-food restaurants around. And I do recommend their food and services." "Compared to sometimes back Domino's its totally changed I must say positively. With the dishes/pizzas and the services. Lot of promotion and delicious food." Another reviewer simply noted, "Good quality foods and friendly service." The branch is described as having a casual and good ambiance, making it suitable for groups and families with children. Available services include dine-in, takeout, and delivery. While the local experience is generally well-regarded, please note that wider customer comments regarding Domino's Sri Lanka's delivery logistics and app service sometimes reflect issues with delays and refunds. However, the in-store experience at the Ragama location seems to be a strong point, with staff and food quality receiving positive remarks. Price per person: Rs 1,500–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
