Pedí la orden y no me la entregaron y el conductor me dijo que me la entregaba dentro de 40min me dio q la orden estaba lista que la disfrutara y nunca me la entregaron ,muy mal servicio se quedaron con el dinero y con la pizza ,que falta de respeto me dijo que estaba lejos de la dirección que le proporcioné ,que falta de respeto más grande y es imposible reclamarle algo a la tienda y atención al cliente no responden,usted llama y no atienden ,bye. I had the worst experience in my life. I can truly say I will never visit this location again. I simply ordered my pizza on line and went in to pick it up and got home and discovered I had the wrong pizza. I got back in my car and returned the pizza. This should have been a smooth transition, but I didn't get an apology nor did I get my pizza . The entire staff was unprofessional and I ended up getting a bunch of profanity from the staff and to add to it they called the police on me and they were in the wrong. The guy at the counter didn't throw the pizza out that I returned. He put it back on the rack . The profanity continued with a other customers inside being disrespected. This was a horrible experience and I think everyone involved should be fired. This was not the way to treat a customer and they made the mistake. I will share my experience with everyone I know. I'm so disappointed!!¡!!! Food: 1 Service: 1
